Mauro Giancaspro graduated in Computer Science from the University of Bari and has over 25 years of professional experience in the technology and software engineering field. 

Since June 2021 he is the Director of Technology, Innovation & Digital Spoke at Anas – FS Group. He drives Anas’ Digital Business Transformation overseeing strategic innovation programs and technological evolution aimed at generating business value in terms of safety and public utility services.

From 2002 to 2021, he worked at ENAV S.p.A. Group, holding various managerial positions of increasing responsibility within the ICT Directorate until taking over its leadership in 2013. As part of the Privatization process, he managed the program to adapt the company’s enterprise information systems for listing on the Italian Stock Exchange, which occurred in July 2016. From 2006 to 2008, he managed the technological innovation program of the italian civil air traffic management system.

From 1998 to 2002 he worked at Oracle.
