Graduated in 2009 with a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Rome La Sapienza, she obtained her Ph.D. in Information and Communication Engineering in 2014 from the same Institution.

Since 2009, she has been working at the Fondazione Ugo Bordoni, focusing on research in the field of next-generation access networks, particularly concerning quality of service issues.

She has participated in various European and national projects, mainly dealing with Quality of Service in fixed and mobile access networks.

Since 2011, she has focused on mobile network service quality, collaborating with AGCOM (Italian Communications Regulatory Authority) on the MisuraInternetMobile project, where she was involved in planning, coordinating activities, and defining quality metrics.

Her work includes projects related to 5G, and she has participated in activities for the allocation of 5G frequencies.

Since May 2023, she has been seconded to the Cabinet Office of the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, collaborating in the telecommunications sector and in new technologies and raw materials.

She is the author of several scientific publications in national and international journals and conferences.
