Elected to the Chamber of Deputies in 2022 in the constituency of Sardinia, he is Chairman of the IX Transport, Posts and Telecommunications Committee. In 2018, he was a member of the IV Defense Committee in the Chamber of Deputies, where he served as Capogruppo for Fratelli d’Italia. Between 2021 and 2022, he also participated in the Parliamentary Committee of Inquiry into the causes of the “Moby Prince” ship disaster.
